Snow v. Great Western Bank, 201 B.R. 968 (Bankr. C.D. Cal. 1996)
In a case that several transfers of real property subject to Great Western Bank’s deed of trust and multiple bankruptcy filings by the transferees, Malcolm Cisneros obtained relief from the automatic stay for the Bank to foreclose and an order from the Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California making the order binding on transferees of the property for 180 days.
