About The Firm

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Malcolm Cisneros has always believed strongly in supporting the efforts of charitable organizations within the community, participating in local Southern California based programs that reach out to people in need. Below are some of the initiatives actively supported by the Firm.

Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation of Orange County

Since its inception in 1982, the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation has sponsored an annual Orange County marathon. Malcolm-Cisneros has been a participant since the first run. This year, Malcolm Cisneros had 55 participants in the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation of OC 1Ú2 marathon, 10k run, 5k run and 5k walk.

Project Food

Project Food, is a Southern California charity that feeds the homeless. There are several seasonal events Malcolm-Cisneros supports including the StoryTime Christmas program which provides sponsorships to supply needy children with toys, books and clothing for Christmas. MC not only sponsors several children each year, but employees and their families volunteer to help distribute items to the poor. MC also provides funds for Thanksgiving and Easter dinners.

Project SELF

Project SELF was organized by the Orange County Bar Association. Malcolm-Cisneros participates in the SELF summer internship program to help low income high school seniors earn money, while being exposed to a positive and professional working environment.

Toys 4 Tots

The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. Malcolm-Cisneros has hosted several drop boxes for Toys for Tots beginning 2009, which allowed for the collection of hundreds of toys over a span of two years.
