number of opinions by both the Bankruptcy and Appellate Courts. For instance, Malcolm • Cisneros MC Law was directly responsible for the very first opinion ever published in the United States on the issue of the Bankruptcy Court’s ability to grant in rem relief from stay.  Malcolm • Cisneros MC Law prevailed on that issue at a time when most Bankruptcy Judges were reluctant to grant such relief because the Bankruptcy Code did not specifically authorize it. Many other Judges followed suit after the publication of that decision, resulting in one of the most important published decisions
